It may have been Valentine's Day but nothing was going to deter me from my training.
I have about two weeks left before the Round Robin challenge in Polokwane and thus cannot waste any time wondering about what to do....I just need to do!
So here is my training for Monday with the weight done:
Bicep curls with E-Z bar on preacher bench = 52kg
Bicep / Hammer / Reverse Curl Superset = 11kg
Tricep pushdowns = 20kg
Shoulder reverse extenstions = 10kg
Dumb bell shoulder press = 7kg
Rolling thunder wrist curls (on cable machine) = 15kg
Felt good and look forward to the next session of upper body training.
